Post-sale customer service and service packages
Once you have purchased a product from us, our service does not stop there. Our aim is to keep your workshop and business running smoothly, and if there are any issues, to get everything back up and online as quickly as possible.
One of the main goals of Stone Automation when it was founded in 2022 was to raise the industry’s post-sale service standards. As our leadership and many of the team were fabricators themselves, they knew all about the poor support across the industry and how critical spare parts were often sold with a 400% mark-up.
From day one, we introduced a helpline with skilled operatives available from 7am and decided to sell spare parts at much lower prices. Our team resolves over 85% of technical issues in less than 90 mins from the first call.
For all the brands and products we distribute, we offer a variety of service packages for ongoing training, support and servicing.
Donatoni spare parts, support and service packages
When it comes to Donatoni, we offer service packages and spare parts support for all Donatoni owners – even if you did not purchase your machine from us.
In the event of you having any technical issues, you can contact us. We offer a Donatoni Service Package that includes; unlimited telephone technical support for all Donatoni models within our working hours; Guidance on error codes, faults, resets, software alerts, calibration, and general operation; and Rapid telephone troubleshooting to minimise downtime. Leica support
For the Leica iCS50 and iCS20, we offer a variety of service packages for the ongoing training, support and servicing. You can also buy tripods, replacement tablets, bags, carry cases and more for the Leica digital templating tools from us. Our online shop is coming soon.
