The Parametrix training course is specifically for mechanical operators already using Donatoni CNC machines who want in-depth training in the use of Parametrix software.
Also stone fabricators processing natural and man-made stones and surfaces who wish to train current or newly hired operators on Donatoni CNC machines (provided that they already know the software).
The main topics being covered in this training include:
- Workflow review
- Machining strategies and optimisation of cutting times
- Internal pocket function in workpiece editing
- Updated fillet + bevel/edge function in workpiece editing
- Groove/flute function in workpiece editing
- Drip groove machining
- Dedicated ceramic processing functions
- Maximum footprint function
- Automatic probing for angled cuts
There will also be a preview of the new features in the latest version of Parametrix including:
- New parametric shapes
- Parametric ISO probing
- Machining/cutting simulation
- New cut editing functions
- New tutorials
- New Help button features
- Tutorials
Parametrix optional features will be covered including:
- Easy Match and Project Match: functions for bookmatch processing
- Nesting Pro: advanced nesting functions
- Rem-Hub: scrap recovery functions
- Easy/Full Label: label printing and data customization functions
Q&A is available during the whole duration of the 3 hours course.
